Before you write

I didn't get paid for a job - can MCRep help?

Payments are made directly between users, so MCRep cannot recover funds (see our Terms). Please report the user so our moderators can review the account, and keep your written agreement and messages as evidence.

How do I get the Verified badge?

Complete your profile and send us a request with links that prove your identity or studio (website, Discord server, past work). Studio Pro members get priority verification.

How do I delete my account?

Send us a message from the email address on your account and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Can I change my username?

Yes - contact support with your current and desired username.
